Walk-Ins

Blue Mesa Medical allows opportunities for walk-ins Monday through Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings. Walk-in visits are designed to allow you to be seen by a practitioner on a same day basis in the event that you become ill. Routine complete physicals will not be done on a walk-in basis. We may request that you schedule a separate appointment for routine exams, or complex, non-urgent complaints. These policies are in an effort to accommodate all the acutely ill patients.

All walk-ins are seen on a first come first served basis. We will, however, move someone up in line should their condition deem it necessary. Walk-ins begin at 2:00 on Monday-Thursday, and 8:30 on Friday. Please show up at the starting time, as we may stop taking new walk-ins at any time.

Please note-except on special occasions, Dr. Martinez sees patients by appointment only. You must be willing to see a PA if you wish to be seen on a walk-in basis. If you feel your situation requires the care of an MD, please call the office and we will make accommodations based on the severity of your condition.

Everyone who needs to be seen will be seen.  From time to time the wait will be prolonged.  Please allow for this.  If you feel your condition is an emergency, please let the receptionist know so we may accommodate you.
