Please read carefully all the following information and instructions
so that we may respond in the most efficient and appropriate manner to
your email.
- Any email received may be forwarded to another person within Blue
Mesa who may be better able to answer your questions. For example,
if the nurse receives an email regarding your referral, she will forward
it to our insurance department.
- Please do not send multiple questions involving different departments
(i.e. billing and nursing) to one individual. Send separate emails
to each appropriate department.
- DO NOT send questions regarding emergencies to anyone's email box
as emails will only be checked once or twice daily.
- Please allow two business days for a response before you resubmit
your question.
- Absolutely NO diagnosis or treatment decisions will be made via email.
If you are ill, you must see a practitioner in order to be treated.
- No sensitive information will be sent to you via email.
- We may release certain test results via email at your request only.
- As with any other communications, we may require an office visit to
discuss results with you before releasing them.
